Simone Detourbet is a performer, writer and director. Increasingly, her passion for representation and truth in the screen sector and the broader arts has lead her to establishing Something Productions.

Her work focuses on the relationships and interconnectedness of the artistic mediums, merging dance and live performance with narrative screen art to examine our world through a new perspective.

Simone is a compassionate and empathetic artist that believes by connecting artists from as many varied artistic mediums, the greater our sense of community and connectedness can become. In turn, the greater ability our art has to reach and connect with a larger audience. Although not its sole aim, this broadening can hopefully affect social change. Moving art forward in compassion and love.
